DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction promise on all Leiken Hair products purchased. If you’re not completely happy with any Leiken Hair products you have bought you may return the item within 30-days of the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs). All you have to do is take care of the return shipping costs and we’ll refund you the full amount.
Before returning your product all we ask is that you get in touch with one of our friendly team members to see if we can support your query and resolve any feelings of dissatisfaction you may have. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once you have been helped by one of friendly team members if for any reason you are still not satisfied, all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back and cover any return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and that the item is in its original condition & undamaged. All items must be shipped exactly as they were received, with all accessories and free gifts included.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once inspected by our team, if approved we will notify you and refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 7-10 days for refund processing. Only items in their original condition will be approved for refund*.
Returned funds are generally made available in your bank account within 3-10 days of us completing the refund. If for any reason your funds have not become available, please contact your bank.
Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order.
*We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse, excessive returns, unwarranted reseller activities or fraud.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return your existing product, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best (but there is no guarantee). Unfortunately as you would appreciate if the order has been dispatched we cannot make any adjustments or cancel the order.
Please be sure you check your orders to ensure that delivery details are correct. We are not liable for any orders delivered to the wrong address if details are incorrect.
