PRE-ORDER

How do Pre-Orders work?

We ensure that we give you access to Leiken Hair’s range of quality products as quickly as possible. Due the popularity and extremely fast moving nature of our products we have a dedicated Pre-Order system to ensure that you can still secure your Leiken Hair products prior to being restocked. 

Our Pre-Order system allows you to order your products and get them as soon as stock returns to our facilities. Those who Pre-Order any products will receive an additional 10% discount on their purchases via the use of a one-time discount code. This discount will not be available once our Pre-Order has closed and items have been restocked.

Once an item is out of stock it will be displayed on the product page in red and the Pre-Order function will then become available.

When will my Pre-Order be shipped & how will I know?

Pre-Orders are generally shipped between 1-3 weeks from date of purchase. These timeframes are determined purely by availability and will vary based on times taken to restock the particular product. Shipping timeframes can be seen in the "shipping" tab above. Once your order has been fulfilled you will then receive updates of your order's journey.
